It's pretty decent. The best places are the ones who do it professionally, it's just easier and less personailised. Pretty much like an apartment/hotel.
Unfortunately if they're not a pro, you're are staying in a :larry: house.

Try to use www.innclusive.com instead.

It was made to combat racists not wanting to rent out to blacks. If you can't find a place on there, then use airbnb.
