For support? NO! For the obvious fact that DNA is 99.9% accurate and that some flawed clause that states 'whomever signs is the correct DNA donor' is LESS ACCURATE than DNA.

My point is, that you think there needs to be REFORM in how that (and YES support too ) process is handled....RIGHTTT??
