Breh every time someone mentioned any doubt about Kamala winning for the past couple months for any reason you'd run in fighting tooth and nail explaining why it's a lockthings looks very promising for kamala’s chances tomorrow. polling and additional data would seem to bear out a win that goes well beyond the expectations we had when she assumed the task of replacing biden.
the mood is buoyant, with people dancing in the streets, the air electric with optimism about a brighter tomorrow. the chance of a truly transformative candidate in the white house, someone who will wipe away the cobwebs of boomerism, would seem to be upon us.
yet, i fear we haven’t seen nothing yet, in terms of the lengths to which trump and MAGA will travel to prevent a kamala presidency.
you don’t craft a revolutionary treatise on a new america - project 2025 - without being firmly confident in the victory of the man who would see its implementation.
you don’t spend months trotting out the greatest hits of the third reich unless you were immovably confident in the rise of the fourth reich.
if there’s one thing we’ve learned from trump, is to never discount the unprecedented and unexpected from happening.
