Calling Issa a dei hire :gucci: some of yall are gone

the bytch isn't as talented as we thought and this is what she is struggling with. There is direct correlation with the tax write off shyt Hollywood ending and her shyt drying up. Meanwhile there are other Black film creatives still getting looks. So yes the bytch was a DEI hire.

I dont give a flying fukk about any deflections y'all finna try, the fact nikkas can't come in saying the shyt they supported from her and how they were good/sucessful to disprove me literally shows you nikkas pandering for some imaginary p*ssy.

I legit supported Issas projects after insecure and all that shyt was mid as fukk

You’re implying Issa doesn’t even deserve to be in the picture but wont acknowledge her white equivalent on the same trajectory who is free to continue bumping into walls with the lights off

Why do you have to refer to her as a bytch?

How white people give other white people opportunity sets the fvcking standard. :dead:

Leah Durham proves that Issa exceeded that standard.

First, you’re in here unapologetically using white supremacist terms. Now you using the classic Cac00n tactic of playing dumb about why the comparison to white people matters to this discussion about whether Issa was a legit hire or only got on cuz of a corporate handout. Seems like a pattern. :mjpls:

And before you use this tactic: I said first was using the WS terms, not shytting Issa. So, no, simply criticizing a black person ain’t what’s getting you called a Cac00n

Michael B Jordan (37) just starred in one of the most critically acclaimed AND commercially successful films of the year (written & directed by a BLACK MAN) and is looking like he’ll receive his first Oscar nomination.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (39) who in 2021 was the recipient of the Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie, will star as the titular protagonist in this year’s Disney+ Marvel series Wonder-Man. He will also star alongside Mark Wahlberg in the film By Any Means slated for release in 2026

Damson Idris (34) just starred in one of the highest grossing tentpole films of the summer.

Teyana Taylor (34) just co-starred in one of the highest acclaimed films of the year and a Best Picture oscar frontrunner. Even though I had my issues with the film itself, its looking highly likely she’ll garner a Best Supporting Actress Actress nomination.

Keke Palmer (32) just co-starred in this year’s comedy film Good Fortune alongside Keanu Reeves and Aziz Ansari. She will next star alongside Demi Moore and Taylour Paige in the Science Fiction/Comedy film I Love Boosters, Written & Directed by Boots Riley (a BLACK MAN) and due in theaters May of 2026.

Tramell Tillman (38) just this year became the first black actor to win an Emmy in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama category for his performance in Severance. He also co-starred in the film Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning, which grossed over $600 Million worldwide.

Caleb McLaughlin (24) is starring in the final season of Stranger Things and afterwards will headline the Sony Pictures animated tentpole film GOAT, due out in February 2026.

Jharrel Jerome (28), who four years ago won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series or Movie, just starred in the critically acclaimed drama Unstoppable and will next co-star in the third installment of Sony’s Spider-Verse film franchise.

Young black talent is out there.
