He probably hid it because as stated by @OnlyInCalifornia it was a disease associated with gay men, and the stigma alone of possible being gay back then probably wasn't worth it to go public.

Actually it's really hard to catch HIV.
But when you add in drinking and drug use, probably not exercising, eating non healthy foods and unprotected sex with multiple people who were unaware of their own status in regards to sexual health then the risk increases higher.
Plus there's the dormant period where even if you had sex with someone with HIV you couldn't catch it.

the whole suge conspiracy and the fact that people actually blame suge on his death is so baffling to me, I always took his comments on kimmel as him saying someone injected eazy, which many others believe.. he just said it in his own way, but yea I think eazy was murdered in that hospital, walked himself in and all of a sudden he cant walk or talk cuz of the shyt they gave him, even if he had HIV which I doubt he shouldnt have died as quick as he did, if he was full blown then how was nobody able to see anything wrong?
