This month I was on a twelve day workout binge. Monday, Tuesday MMA, Wednesday working out with my girl. Thursday MMA Friday guitar practice, Saturday MMA and publisher meetings then Sunday working out with my girl. I'd sometimes feel like I gotta keep going even when I don't feel well and sometimes it leads to me having to slow down for a week. I think I just have a switch in my head that says move forward if you stop you'll lose progress.
