Anyone else get frustrated seeing a business with all Black employees except for the manager/owner?

I've noticed this lately in restaurants, but I've seen other businesses in this situation. I go in to the business and see the employees and I think, "Is this a Black-owned business?" :ohhh:Then the manager or owner comes out and I'm :francis:. It kills me seeing us working the low wage positions while non-Black people are running things and getting paid.

Professional sports teams and rap labels are Amerikka is built like that also

Fixed.

The shyt is sad to see. I live in a little Jewish town now and they run EVERYTHING out here, but got blacks working for them.

I mean, it's good that people have jobs...but I wish we could start a community that helps each other prosper like I see the Jews do, over here.

They got like 3 school just for THEIR kids, funded by the neighborhood and the 50,000 Mosc that they have posted up in their neighborhoods. No fast food places in close proximity, they have one gas station, and a whole food. Nothing but black employees in that market.

We need to figure out how to build communities correctly.

I envy them and despise it all at the same time.

:smh:

We got 50,000 churches in Baltimore neighborhoods too, but they dont do shyt for the community. Black people need stop supporting churches if they dont support the community with REAL change.

It ain't like God is real anyway.

this the issue in a nutshell

when black people stop looking at other peoples grass and instead start tending their own it'll start looking better. Churches allow black people to wallow in poverty but excuse it because god has a plan (and that plan includes tithes).

Until folks start helping eachother and stop tearing their peers down not shyt will change.

Sounds like a plantation...

All these "educated" black folks out here, and less than 1 percent of us actually own a business. And most of those probably have no employees.
