Anyone else get told they'll miss being a kid when they're grown?

But thats more work then homework and studying and for more hours
School was like 35 hours a week of class + all the other bullshyt they tried to make you do ... and even if the hw wasn't hard it was so tedious and mentally draining

I was thinking about this the other day.
And yea. I do miss it. I wanted to be a grown up so bad, esp in my teen years, I don't miss my teens so much, but I do miss being a kid, like 7. Everything for free, not a care in the world, just go outside and play, get fed, and go to bed.

plus you gotta take recess into account. so really its 30 hours.
also, lunch-time in school >>>> however you spend your break at work.
and i was a halfway class clown so i cant even chalk up all those hours as legit school-time.

Homework mainly, potentially lame extracurricular activities as well.
uh i dunno man, childhood was fukking awesome. being an adult sucks atm
again, what are these activities that you speak of? lol. whats the big secret?
homework usually wasnt chit if you had a method. plus some of it was type-fun.
as for the methods, half of my homework would be done before school was dismissed and/or i would exchange answers after school or via phone. and the stuff i would do at home, i'd do in front of a TV or radio. and i had this fun ass method for reading novels & studying out of text books. i never told anybody cuz its prety weird.
the only thing that chitted my grits was studying for subjects that i wasnt good at. especially if i got put on punishment because of em. i even went to Sylvan for algebra back in the day. str8 cut into my rap city time.

dont forget studying for exams and all that bullshyt,studying shytty subjects you have no interest in and wont use in the future,being broke as hell at least when you at work you know your bank accounts being blessed once a month.

My childhood was fun, I got to run around, play, ride my bike, play with toys, eat candy like it was drugs along with all of the other neighborhood kids, play video games, hunt in the woods, play tag at the playground, go to my racially diverse school, etc.
As fun as that was, I am much happier now as a young adult out of college with a degree.
The real world only sucks if you fukked around when you were younger in and out of trouble and didn't do anything significant with your life after high school.
For everyone else, it's balling.

Don't miss being a kid at all, it was cool but every year into my mid 20s gets better. Traveling constantly and progressing in my dream career. Being a kid was boring and limited in comparison 
I miss being a kid and the ability to heal from shyt. I KNOW I broke at least 2 bones and said 
along with cuts, scrapes and bruises that would be gone by lunch period. You could almost SEE that shyt healing in real time. Had a nikka feeling like a preteen Wolverine. Now I'm fukked up for days at a time if I just sleep wrong.
