For some reason i get really depressed and it's hard for me to think straight. All i can think about is all of the negative things that happened to me.

Now when it's sunny i feel happy, i can talk to other people like it's nothing and i can think straight .

This one of the main reasons why I'm trying to relocate to some where sunny and warm , like Florida or California .

Anyone else knows what I'm talking about ?

So many people have this and don't really know it. Most of them realize that they get extra pissy in the winter months but have no idea why and that it's caused by an actual condition. Me and one of my boys were talking about this the other day because we realized that both of our moms suffer from it.

It's a weird condition to me because I've just never understood how weather so negatively affects the psyche. I'm the type that wakes up, sees it downpouring and thinks..."I'm gonna go for a dope run out in the rain" :smugbiden:

I must admit, the weather can affect my mood sometimes. On rainy and/or cloudy days I wear bright colors to work to help keep me in a positive mindset. Weird, but it works for me.

I've had emotionally f*cked up days when it's been warm, bright and sunny without a single cloud in the sky, so it doesn't really matter to me at all.
