I think you have it backwards.

Currently I have decided that I am done with them. That's after riding every coaster at Cedar Point in OH. Look it up. All the top rollercoasters are there (record heights up til there was a global ban on going higher).

So as a kid it was like "fukc it". But after you face the facts that these machines kill people.. it's just not worth the risk.

Planes and cars are not 100% safe, but at least there's a purpose to them. I couldn't make my paycheck or visit other places without them.

i don't get on those drop coasters like the one in that tweet or the state fair joints. other than that, i love them. one of my friends was terrified and i got him to ride one with this girl he was tryna impress. he was hating the whole time to avoid going again and later admitted that he loved it. i feel like once you hit that first drop you either love it or its not for you.
