Anyone else hate going to Dr's appointments?

Sitting there in the gown with my buttcheeks out and the doc is like

"I checked your vitals, you really need to lose some weight there buddy. You are at high risk of diabates and high blood pressure, sir. You should set up an appointment with our dietian "

Im sitting there like "Im sorry I been meaning to hit the gym, doc"

when its all set and down, im walking out the building heading to McDonald's like
