Like 75% of my colleagues are men, but hearing the stories my fiancé tells me about her job has me like (there’s like 8 women in her dept and 2 men - both of whom are )

Co-workers breaking down in tears because they feel like people are picking on them - and then getting a $500 bonus along with a $3/hr raise , wanted to change shift hours to leave an hour earlier because they don’t like driving home in the dark, women shytting on their husbands’ hygiene :noanswers:, snitching on coworkers for streaming music and listening though headphones , and that’s only the tip of the iceberg.

I think it depends on the person less so if they are male or female. That said, this chick that I work with can't get some basic things done and she's always asking me for help. I'm like just figure this stuff out yourself, that's what I had to do. From my conversations with her, it seems like she's used to men always doing things for her so it may be learned behavior.
