The building we support has a lot of women who are older that be looking at me. The young joints and the oldies I stay away from cause I work for the Dept of defense. Not tryna get fired

My side job I work at a sports bar and the bytches there are like 20-28 all wanting to fukk me but I stay away from em due to just wanting to keep lowkey. Them hoes talk too much and they all fukkin everyone at the bar. nikkas even fukkin a bartender with a fukk limp who looks like a meth addict. All them bytches built like a pile of laundry.

One of my homegirls at the bar says the bytches there wanna smash but I give off the “too reserved” aura. And I wanna keep it that way tbh. I’ll ruin these emotional womens lives. No need for drama

I'm a project manager in IT/Finance in Chicago and work with various teams that are 70% women.

And in a couple cases mostly black women, and these broads be so cliqued up and beefing with each other over little stuff
I was friendly with a bunch of them, but they gossip so much that I had to fall back after I got dragged into mess a couple times.

Yes, especially the black ones can be sweet, and they looked out for me when I was in my 20's when I was young and new, so it's all love on that front.
But they get so catty and back stabby, In my 18 years working in offices I've only had a real issue with one male co worker, and it was over perceived disrespect where he felt like I overstepped. We fell back for a good 7 days, and he bought me a coffee the next week and it went back to normal. There are women around here that have decade long beefs with other women over nonsense. And these are "professional" women over 35, not teenagers at mcdonalds.

Like 75% of my colleagues are men, but hearing the stories my fiancé tells me about her job has me like (there’s like 8 women in her dept and 2 men - both of whom are )

Co-workers breaking down in tears because they feel like people are picking on them - and then getting a $500 bonus along with a $3/hr raise , wanted to change shift hours to leave an hour earlier because they don’t like driving home in the dark, women shytting on their husbands’ hygiene :noanswers:, snitching on coworkers for streaming music and listening though headphones , and that’s only the tip of the iceberg.

Whatever situation you put a woman in a lot of them will try to fit in. Not every one, but most. So whatever the people around them are acting like, expect them to act similar.
