At one point I was smoking a minimum eighth a day of high grade marijuana. Then I h ad a panic attack and went downhill from there. Negative thoughts and paranoia. Last time I smoked I was by myself and I "heard" ppl talking shyt about me. I even went outside to find them and everything. I put it down since, but I miss it alot; I want to smoke right now at this moment but I know its not positive just negative for me.

Now if you already fukked in the head, sativas are known to cause anxiety attacks in people who are already have mental health issues.

The problem is our society man, we have so many stuff in our minds that sometimes a "thought overdose" might happen. Weed is not worth if you're living a stressfull lifestyle, you can keep smoking but eventually you WILL have a panic/anxiety attack.Honestly the best part of the high is on the come down. About 30 minutes before I'm "gucci" again. It's like i can actually enjoy it.
Obviously I would keep smoking and maybe smoke harder to build more tolerance up again. But what if the panic and thoughts don't go away? Even when i first started smoking back in the day, I remmeber having a low tolerance vaguely but not tripping like this.
Before I would hit a blunt right before work and be straight, happy go lucky. Now, I'm taking a tiny hit, maybe no more than .05 of a gram and I'm in my room with the door shut, thinking I hear my roommates clowning. wtf.
Sativas cause panic attacks in people with mental health issues.I was a heavy smoker for 5 years straight and it starte giving me bad ocd and anxiety. Been off it for 56 days now and I avent felt this good since before I started. You dont have to take a T break for it to give you panic attacks. Once ti starts to give you those attacks its your body telling you its had enough. Gotta grow out of it at some point
False.you can keep smoking but eventually you WILL have a panic/anxiety attack. The moment you're totally comfortable with your life go ahead and try it.

People should study the herb a little more in depth to get a complete understanding of the benefits of marijuana.
