Yes and I'm on ambien 10s and they still don't work half the time

I think phones and weed is the reason people cant Sleep.. when you smoke you be up thinking too much and the government put something in these phones to keep nikkaz addicted..

Anybody I ever heard taking them sleep medicines had crazy nightmares..if you lat on ya back t.v off and read the bible I guarantee you'll be out in 30 min or less..

Its all a mind thing.

Yeah I used to have it pretty bad, I got a prescription for trazodone and started picking up melatonin from CVS though. Combining those made it more or less go away, might work for you / others

I used to take ambien...

til I woke up in the bed after not remembering getting in the bed. Somebody told me that I had passed out standing up, then got up off the floor and went into an angry rant about the time Nas wanted to lynch that Jay-Z mannequin at Summerjam and the radio station wouldn't let him...

then I suddenly stopped like and went to bed.

No more ambien for me.

I sleep 2 to 4 hours a day. I've had night terrors since I was young. I don't take medication. I exhaust myself and pass out. Sometimes I'm up for days. I get a little crazy. The struggle is real.
