I have some traits of ASPD but also some traits of Schizoid Personality Disorder. I heard a lot of personality disorders come from childhood traumas and also mistreatment.

I was verbally and emotionally abused as a child. As a result, I become more emotionally detached to the point where I can't open up to people.

I felt like this sort of fukked me up mentally. I used to be normal but along the line, it made me more detached and cold.
