Anyone else hearing full quarantine coming?

I've had several friends in the military just tell me full quarantine is coming...maybe up to a month anyone else heard this???

A friend’s uncle works for the Pentagon and another uncle for some other governmental agency. They forwarded a message to me from them yesterday saying that a full quarantine has already been decided and that it would be announced to the public within the week and that we’d better get to the store because it’s going to be chaos.

And I heard the same thing, up to a month.

To be honest, I doubted the message. The voicemail message was real but I thought it was just someone going to the extreme but since the OP is saying that he heard the same thing, it may be legit.
