Anyhow, I got a lil shoulder impingement so I’ve been massaging my shoulders & back, neck like 2x to 3x a day.

I’m feel more light, better even younger!!

Btw I stretch everyday so it’s not that I’m not flexible.

Yeah, they're legit. I got a large and small one, and actually prefer the mini. The two things you want to look for are stroke length and stall weight. 10-16mm for stroke and 30+ lbs for stall. Stall is how hard you can press it down for it bogs out and stops.

I actually have the mini version at the house as well as one at my job. Copped it for $29, but they're worth the $39 as well. Full metal construction and very easy to hold both for you or if using it on someone else unlike the bigger ones
