Yeah I've been on and off with it as of late. Been using my resistance bands to excite my muscles a bit and retrain them with heavier weights latter. The main thing is consistency with training with moe thigh. I see you saying you could take most dudes of the forum, I highly doubt it. It takes a lot of dedication to become truly one with the fighting system breh. "As tyson said "(and no this isn't one of his classic misspellings)" everyone has a plan until their punched in the mouth" :boss:

I don't really fukk with the martial arts perse, but I do spar at a dojo about 3 times a week. One of my homies gets the hand pads out and I put on the gloves. Also, I've been hittin the heavy bag a lot too. Its great cardio and keeps u on point

Pardon my ignorance but is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Capoeira the same thing or different?

As for Martial Arts, I took Karate as a kid but I never felt I learnt something I could really use in a combat situation. As a child, I think its better to take up something like boxing. Learn how to knock someone out.

Cap is a primarily a standup striking art. Jiujitsu is primarily a grappling/ground art. One is based in dance the other is based on closing the distance taking down am opponent and striking choking him or breaking one of his limbs.

I would recommend staying away from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It's known to turn men into straight fakkits.

Just look at Mowgli :manny:
