Bruh I stay in a one bedroom apartment. Georgia Power hit me with a $112 bill. I immediately turned my air to 74, unplugged my work computer setup, and turned off everything in the house. They talking about if I sign up for the flat rate I can get it for $90 a month. But fukk that cause in the winter my shyt be in the 60s. I guess I’ll take this loss for now. It was similar last year around this time.

my monthly bill fluctuates between $44-$48 with $55 being the highest it's ever been...
I keep most of my electronics and appliances (outside of my refrigerator and stove) unplugged for at least 18-20hrs a day. I only watch TV in the morning (to check the news) and that's about it as I use my smartphone and laptop for most of my TV viewing.

Shout out to anybody who ever paid their utility bill in person, and saw a section of people waiting in the "cop pleas" area.
I asked the security guard, and he directed me to the "pay bill and gtfo" line.
The copping pleas line is not where you want to be. Short yourself on something else, but not utilities.
