Anyone else just start randomly getting cold sores?

are you talking about on the outside of your lips or the insides? Do you mean canker sores or herpes?

They are always inside my mouth ive never had them on my lips. Its always my inner cheek or gums

Over the last year ive had multiple outbreaks in my mouth. Sometimes is one(like right now) and sometimes its two at a time. Its gotten worse and im curious to see if im the only one. Sometimes they sting and get to like the size of a small pea and take a couple weeks to disapear.

they're canker sores, they have oral wash for them to ease the irritation- or you can just use hydrogen peroxide. i get them whenever i eat food that's too hot (food that burns the inside of my mouth). they usually last up to 7-10 days max

Worst I have got is a sore after biting my lip. I ain't never had a random cold sore pop up on my mouth in my life tho.

Keep in mind , just about 90% of the population has oral herpes, so don't feel too bad.
Get a ice pack to numb it, and try to remove some stress from your life.

In response to OP, if you ain't white, you get that herp b. If you are white, just go to your local pharmacy and apply that cold sore topical goo and watch it disappear in a few days.

And no, as far as I know, myself and most other black folk don't randomly get "cold sores" on our lip or mouth area.
