Anyone else just start randomly getting cold sores?

Over the last year ive had multiple outbreaks in my mouth. Sometimes is one(like right now) and sometimes its two at a time. Its gotten worse and im curious to see if im the only one. Sometimes they sting and get to like the size of a small pea and take a couple weeks to disapear.

I figure it could be herp but i doubt it. I can live with it if this is all it is like. Mad overrated suck factor IMO. my dink is clean as a whistle though thank god.

I used to get them as a kid, but then cut caffeine out of my diet and haven't had them since. If you drink a lot of soda or coffee, then try to stop and see if it helps.

are you talking about on the outside of your lips or the insides? Do you mean canker sores or herpes?

Keep in mind , just about 90% of the population has oral herpes, so don't feel too bad.
Get a ice pack to numb it, and try to remove some stress from your life.
