I dont mind dating smokers if they are gainfully employed and they are not smoking like a chimney. Drinkers, I stay away from, especially the sophisticated glass of wine/night cap "professionals" who tend to be raging alcoholics. Black people dont handle alcohol well from my expedience. Most stoners I know are weekend warriors, work hard during the week play hard Fri and Sat night.
