Anyone else look up people’s addresses to see how much they paid for their homes, and how much they pay in taxes?

My city tax site used to allow you to search by name, didn't even have to know the address
You could look up coworkers, friends/family of people you knew etc. They changed it to address based search now probably due to privacy concerns
I remember this girl I was talking to was stalling me out on meeting up calling it "stranger danger" for me to come to her crib. Whole time I already had her address, tax information etc

Doesn’t matter. Your locality determines your assessed value of your house and that gets passed to you directly or to your mortgage.

You should reach out to your local towns tax center. Usually that info is on google. Your mortgage company won’t know and don’t care.
