the ABSOLUTE longest i will go is 24 hrs without taking a shower. i have always been a take a shower at night person. if im sick or dead tired (like when i work overnight) ill go to sleep, wake up, take a shower, and then take a second shower later on that night. ill also take a shower after exercising or fukking. the fukk is wrong with yall.

There's no reason to shower twice or more a day unless u live like Miami or Houston, New Oreleans and u work outside.

Other than that, a shower after work or before bed every day is enough. If u shower multiple times a day you have ocd or a hormone problem
