yeah for like 5-10 years now. welcome to the health club lol

but nah a lot of that stuff is not worth it. a lot of yogurt has hella sugar so you got to weigh the benefits. kombuch probably has a decent amount of sugar too. i do kimchee but not really for health, that's just something i got into eating korean cuisine lol

i don't even have digestive issues so i am not sure how i got into it but get a probiotic that has digestive enzymes, if you really want to give your digestion a boost.

Kefir
greek yogurt
oatmeal
sourdough bread
sour kraut
l glutamine
collegan peptides
buckwheat

All of the above are pro and prebiotics and work wonders with the digestive system. It'll take 6 months or more to get results but eventually your gut microbiomes will re-learn a healthy digestive pattern.

Adding Prebiotic and Probiotics seems to be a cure of mild Lactose Intolerance. I was able to half a large pizza last night without any digestion issues :blessed:

not a wave

it's a tradition and a way of life for many people

yogurt and the many variables that have the same benefits have been well understood for a long time. white people think everything old is new.
