I eat well breh. I like to cook :cook:and usually bring leftovers for lunch. I'm eating better than most of my co-workers and I'm definitely not spending as much as they are when they go out to buy lunch.

Today I had the roast lamb with brown rice and potatoes that I made yesterday. Cooked the lamb with taragon, garlic and rosemary butter. That shyt was epic yesterday and it was just as good today:eat:

Real shyt ... I spent like 20 bucks and this will last me the full week and its healthier than eating out :blessed:

I just got to rotate snacks each week and change up the type of bread and turkey from time to time and I'll be :eat: good, healthy and cheap :lawd:

I feel you guys about the leftovers. Today I had fried turkey, braissed red cabbage with goat cheese, boursin cheese mashed potatoes, turnip greens, and a dinner roll. I didn't pack anything to drink so I just went to the vending machine for some Sprite. May not be the healthiest lunch but damn this shyt is good.

Takes little effort breh.

Get a cookbook and start making some of the shyt they have in there. You'd be amazed at how good shyt will turn out (as long as you can follow directions). Plus you learn techniques and fundamentals of cooking as you do more and in no time you'll have a better sense of the taste you like and how to develop that flavor and what kinds of technique bests fits your lifestyle.

Try some Jaimi Oliver recipes. Most of his recipes require minimal ingredients and are easy to follow.
