Anyone else pissed that The Nightly Show has been cancelled? Last show is tomorrow.

This was an amazing show, with an amazing host who held great panel discussions. Of course because of his boldness to discuss race Comedy Central suddenly saw no value of it and now it's gone.

I'm so upset.

No. In fact I stopped watching the daily show and Colbert report a little bit before when Jon and Stephen was on because Colbert act was getting tired and Jon started getting too preachy. I hate being preached to.

In colbert's case, punchlines became very predictable. In jon's case while I always enjoyed the very intelligent interviews, even non-interview segments and monologues sometimes became too preachy for my taste. Like I agree with your perspective for the most part. You don't have to force feed it to me.

I've watched both shows a few times past both those guys leaving and it was Garbo. Both shows need to go the way of a old yella. It's done. It's over.

I barely watched. CC cancels comedian's shows all the time. It's almost tradition. I do find Larry funny and in this day and age, he'll be able to eat; his fanbase should follow him.

When it comes to these politcal type news satire whatevers...the only good one out there is John Oliver.

It would have to be a type of black dude we've never seen before in the media. Somebody that is known to be raw as hell, but can throttle it. We just dont have a big enough name right now. There are plenty of cats that can do it but they are touring comics or writers right now. I give it ten years before we get another hot one.
