Don't get me wrong, it's the goat internet video site, and it will be forever...but the actual player itself is garbage.



I hate that fukking thing. It looks outdated, i hate the fukking buffering, and that shyt really pissed me off during the olympics.


Anyone else co sign? Or am i just tripping?

its slow at times for me, i find that all that ish at the side needs to load first before the video starts, and scrolling down helps make it load faster

oh yeah those vivo channels suck in particular, especially the commercials they force you to watch

Maybe it's somethin wit my system but the shyt don't let me pause and load whole videos before I watch no more. shyt'll stop loading at some point and won't start back till I hit Play.

Ever since YouTube went corporate (Google) it has sucked. It continues to get worse every year.

YouTube at one point was like the video streaming version of Napster, i.e. you could find pretty much anything. I used to watch whole episodes of the Simpsons on YouTube. It was also building a nice collection of uploaded music that would have rivaled the OG Napster's if the shyt hadn't been cut off at the fukking legs.

Now YouTube is crammed with ads, the increasingly shytty player, censorship, and a haven for the half gay dregs of society. It's still good for finding the occasional funny clip to top off a classic post and the documentaries are top notch, but how long before even that shyt is regulated?
