It's been really funny to see the "credit" and "the true definition of 'ghost writer' excuses come out the past couple of days.

How many of you really read album credits? I do.

Most of you don't, can't be, because y'all don't buy albums.

"the greatest of this generation" and they aren't writing their chit.

Yes I do know what a "ghost writer" is...my point is:

1) it doesn't matter if the writer is credited or not - what matters is that the sayer isn't writing their rhymes in this rhyme-driven genre.
For example - "I'll Be Missing You" is supposed to be a heartfelt goodbye record to a deceased friend. So to see
Sauce Money's name in the credits and know he wrote what was supposed to come from Puffy's heart is wack.
There is no way you can defend that chit on any level.

2) If you DON'T read the liner notes then you don't know if writers are or aren't credited!
And since we're throwing out baseless stats in here Mr. "85-90% of rappers use ghostwriters",
i'll venture to say 95% of people don't know who are writing these songs.
