Anyone Else Trash At Games?

whenever you start a game and are forced to choose the difficulty option, the "standard" option usually says something like:

"this mode is for experienced players who are used to playing action games and don't mind a little challenge" or something like that, so i'm usually like 'yeah that's me'

then I get mollywopped by the 2nd or 3rd boss and i'm like

First time playing a game I choose normal especially if it's a game I'm new to. I usually just want to experience the game at a natural pace without too much issues. If I like it a lot, I then ramp up the difficulty to something higher.

I always play on normal (except for rhythm games). If that means I'm trash at games, then so be it

I'm not trying to be all frustrated on hard and extreme. I'm just trying to have some fun

I feel like some of my childhood games are more of a challenge.

I can't beat Crash Team Racing for shyt.

The first installment of Spyro, my mom and I actually called the PlayStation hotline for tips. (OGs know about that shyt. Cost like 99cent per minute.)

Only games I have a hard time with is PC games that ask you to use hotkeys and all kinds of abillities/management. Like starcraft, dota, etc. And I'd say I'm decent at best at fighters and action games (like bayo). I fukking wreck fools in shooters though.

Me and my cousin use to play shyt like streets of rage and double dragon all the time. So I went digging for it and luckily it still worked so I was happy but when we started playing.. he was doing decent but I was some dead weight
