Me and moderation dont mix so I completely cut weed out of my life and I only drink on game days or when I go out. A sober mind is a powerful mind brehs.

I won't front like i know what you,re going through but props for deciding to do what you need to do to be happier. remain busy. put your energy and focus on other stuff. if you're dealing with an addiction, one way is to replace the addiction you have with another "positive addiction". It really isn't that hard. I'm 3 months in no weed, cold turkey. I had 2 drinks last night. I don't get drunk anymore, after always drinking a lot

Damn near impossible for me. I work at 2 bars, live above one of them. It isn't even that I need to drink, but when all your social interactions take place at bars, kind of hard not to have a few drinks.

Just don't do it... When you wake up say you won't drink today. Dont plan the next day. Just worry about the present day and every day you dont drink you'll be one step closer to become a sober breh

nah no point. its good to take a break once inawhile but that whole "sobah is betta" is all bs from people who cant handle it.

i went a year without boozing and it was boring as fukk. you dont have to get blitzed everytime you go out but not drinking is not being social and your social life will take a hit
