Anyone else use Manuka honey?

been having acid reflux / gassy belly and bloat was dr wanted me on Prilosec

Googled and said what the hell and bought a jar was pretty pricey for honey but it’s been about a week and haven’t had a flare up since.

Have you compared with normal priced local honey?

Otherwise how do you know you're not buying overpriced regular shyt?

Best thing you can do is change your diet..

Manuka honey is good for ulcers and helps but the under lying cause you have to find out..Reflux/gerd are usually related to something else.

I dont know how much fried food, dairy, alcohol, coffee, you consume but eliminate all of those for a good 2 weeks to a month you should see a change.
