Had no idea this was national until a few weeks ago, people out here in San Diego have been using this for about a year now. Definitely a convenient way to get a ride, no disgruntled taxi drivers or obscene wait times, good for going out to the club, order one or two suvs or the town car for smaller group. It's a little personal for me though, prefer the anonymity of just hailing a cab.

It backfills towncar/suv drivers who just cruise around waiting for calls or to get flagged down, but it seems like a hit, may be expanded at this point.

It's a towncar or an suv, more stylish then a taxi, more refined drivers usually, taxi drivers can vary from cool to unhinged, and it comes within 15 minutes or so, as opposed to cabs who rarely will give you the wait time. I'd rather just grab a cab most of the time, but I can see the upside, cuz sometimes I'm out on the street looking crazy trying to find a cab.
