I've ran a black adult tube style site and dabbled here and there on sites like flippa and digital point. I don't have wealth of knowledge but what I learned when trying to sell/buy full websites be careful of the traffic and statistics they provide. Many people like to buy traffic to trick potential buyers thinking it is a better investment than it actually is. Revenue statements from marketing or google adsense can be manipulated, make sure they provide a substantial way for you as a serious buyer to really check out the financials outside of a picture. Like I said I don't have a wealth of knowledge but do your due diligence and don't be afraid to ask serious questions so you aren't over charged for a particular online property. Also, if there is particular branding, trademarks, copyrights make sure they are transferable to you and such just to protect yourself. Just my few cents, I know its not much but I hope it starts the discussion.
