I've disappeared by just not answering my phone or Facebook. I didn't have to leave the city but I felt I got a break from all the shut I was tired of. I decided I'm gonna do thus at least twice a year, it's good peace of mind, and it stops me from spazzing out and cussin a muhfukka out.

I do this alot. Parents be mad as shyt at me. But theyve just grown to get used to it.

Why yes as a matter of fact. Was living with a chick when my childhood sweetheart who was out of state located me via email. We kicked it long distance, did a few trips that Summer and decided we wanted to be together. My live in girl was a lil crazy so I wanted to leave no footprints. I told her I was gonna get my own place so we could work on our relationship (cops being called cause we were trashing the house at times). I packed the U Haul and just bounced. Didn't even tell my friends where I was going

Yeah fam, definitely travel or move, cause you sound like me a few years back. I almost stayed in Brazil, had to have long convos with family to convince me to come back home.

It depends on where you go too, my nikka has been in Indonesia for the last 4 years, I don't think dude is ever coming back outside of family visits every year. That slower paced life is addictive, and traveling is the only thing I can say I'm truly addicted to in life.

If you gonna travel, just make friends with people in places before you go, find some facebook groups and start talking to people in the country before you go.

I don't think "depressed" is the word I should be using. I'm just sick of being in the same surroundings, around the same people, doing the same monotonous shyt, bored or burnt out are probably the right terms for me to use.

Join the military. They will force you to move whether you want to or not.

Work, packed my bags went to the airport and got a cheap standby flight to cayman islands, I saved money beforehand, I stayed at a resort for a week, then rented a house for about a month. I told no one, it was peaceful.

I was in Salvador, Brazil for around 5 months, was renting a 2 bedroom apartment that was only $300 a month and was pretty much just chilling every single day. Had my brothers and cousins come down for a few weeks, shyt was beyond dope. Even found a barber down there just by asking dudes I seen with lines where they got it done (No Ocean).
