what is intermittent fasting? Just not eating lunch?
Its a pre-determined time to abstain from food. I forget the exact time frame, and you can easily search it up, but the body basically shifts into different gears in terms of energy usage and waste removal depending on how long you go without food. I personally aim for between 12-16 hours

Am i reading that right? 9 days without food :what:? Can't be good for you.
Some people have gone 30 days plus.
At the risk of sounding like a lunatic, our bodies don't really need food like that.

Imagine predators in the wild, they don't hunt prey everyday. They make one kill and survive off that for days or weeks at a time before making the next one.

Ask your doctor for advice at least i'd say.

Previously did a pure fast, went 30 days with no food.

This time I’m doing a hybrid. I'm on Day 5 now, and so far I’ve just been eating one grapefruit a day. I’m switching that out for an avocado or two eggs daily to stay in ketosis.

Starting Week 2, I’ll add in light exercise and protein powder to help preserve muscle.
Each week, I’ll gradually increase the intensity and variety of workouts.

After every 30 days, I’ll have one full meal as a reset, then go right back into it.
It’s a 3-month plan.

How do you feel physically and mentally bruh?

Thinking of doing this.

Yes If you're going the water route just make your sodium, potassium and magnesium consumption is on point otherwise you'll just be making it harder on yourself for no reason.
