Anyone ever had a female co-worker complain about personal problems?

Me and this co-worker ain't really that cool like that. We don't hangout or anything outside of work. We talk here and there during work but that's it, so it's not like she's my work wife or anything. Anyways she comes up to me today talking about how stressed she's been and whatnot so I'm like what's the problem. Cutting to the chase she tells me her man at home ain't giving her the attention she wants and that she has to beg him for sex n shyt and she's tired of it (not an ugly chick at all). I'm thinking to myself like why is she telling me this shyt.

She goes on to tell me that the lack of attention started to make her feel like she wasn't attractive so she went out to buy new clothes to fit her thick thighs, big ass, and slim waste better (her exact words).

Y'all get the point though. Anyone been in this situation? How'd y'all handle it?

1. this one girl ( sister ) i work with a few years ago came into work ballin, cryin all over the place, so i took in the back and she told me that her girlfriend ( also a sister )shot herself in the head.... she said her friend was depressed because her husband left her around christmas to be with another woman who he had secretly had a child with. his wife was trying to get pregnant and nothing... but i guess her husband for about a few months had cut her brake line, tried to carbon monoxide her while she was sleep and other shyt and she still wanted to be with dude... so i guess she called her husband up one day and said are u coming home and he said fukk you, i have my own family now and hung up... she later on that night shot herself...

i couldn't respond at all.. i was like damn..
