Anyone Ever Had To Speak To Someone's Manager? (File Complaint)

I was at Starbucks on Friday, but to make it short one their employees upset me by cutting me in line and then trying to play me off in front of her dutty looking boyfriend. I let the shyt slide, cause like James Blake said in "Beautiful", I had a plan. The next day comes around and I just got off work. Go home, shower, then I head to Starbucks to snap. I asked to speak to the manager and the person I asked was the manager, but unfortunately business was raging so he told me to leave my name & number.

Later on he called me and I set shyt off, and I knew the girls name too and told him, just to add that extra on it.

Anyone else done something like this or spoke to an employees manager to complain?
