Anyone Ever Had To Speak To Someone's Manager? (File Complaint)

These dudes down to fight over small things. That's whack and insecure. There's a system to use and abuse.
Half the time I can't bother my hands to have them talk to the whippersnappers over small shyt. Let someone else deal with the matter completely.
At work the other day I almost got into it with the new dishwasher at work. He was bytching about his responsibilities to the manager. I told my manager I'd talk the guy down and to walk away.
Dude wasn't listening started getting heated. He was actually sweating. Started saying some disrespectful shyt about my manager. Said "if my bytch ever talked to me like that I'd smack her"
I said "that's why she's a bytch right?"
He gets mad. Calls me a joke and asks me to take it outside.
I said
cause I don't talk to women like that. Get the fukk out of my workplace. You don't want it with me.
By now hes been sent home. He gets his jacket and comes up to me again. I warn him he really doesn't want it with me. He some over weight brown guy. I'm a peaceful guy but I enjoy a good fight, I have some training.
He said let's talk outside. Key word 'talk'.
I'm thinking I'm in the clear. He was sent home and called me outside to talk. I was never the aggressor. If shyt popped off I'd be in the clear to smash this guy.
Lo and behold, we get outside this guys tone changes. "Oh I'm not disrespectful" copping pleas ass nikka.
My manager comes outside sees my glasses off and calls me back in saying it wasn't worth it.
I already won. Dude lost his job and was outside the establishment. Why risk losing my job after he already got fired?

What's crazy is that this mutherfukker went to bed, woke up, went to work, went home, took a shower and still thought "yeah ima go tell on this bytch" Then there's clearly a fuvking rush and she still demands to speak to the manager

I'm entitled to respect, she's an employee, I shouldn't have to remind her or even say 1 word to her. Why? Because I'm 6'4 and the only black dude at Starbucks.
Not to mention I had been up since 2am, working outside at 4am-1pm, played soccer for an hour, drove home in traffic and got there at 6pm, keep in mind I had to work at 4 in the morning again.
Do you think that I have the energy to confront a situation that is uncontrollable? Do you think that I'd even waste my time on a negative situation that I couldn't control?
No, idiot. Complain to the manager, deny the free drink that is being offered. I win.

. i went to mcdonalds one time and this ratchet ass bytch was giving me attitude thru the drive thru window. i said ok...got my food...wrote her name down on the receipt....went home and enjoyed my meal. afterwards i went straight to my laptop and started writing. sent 1 letter to the manager of that mcdonalds, sent 1 letter to corporate. 
got an apology letter, they told me she was taken off drive thru duties, and they sent me a $20 gift card.
