lol I feel ya. I`m looking into moving from BA to Product Manager.
Product design/experience, front end dev when needed but rather leave that up to our engineers.

I like it. Roller coaster ride. Signing that new car note like :sadcam: please let me still have a job in another year.

Hahah.

My job . .. take all the time u want off.

Just make sure u got all the time you want off already worked . .

So basically if I work 40 hours of OT..

I got 40 hours of OT leave time I can use if I want ..

Which is like 60 hours of regular time so bout lil over 7 days off .. n that's just 4 days of weekend of work ..

So yea we can work as much as we want to get off . .

And we get 7 hours every check attributed to time off as well ..
I start my new job at a hospital system down in Dallas next month and their PTO is all in one bucket. They don't have paid holidays, so u start of getting 180 hours of PTO a year. If I subtract off 6 holidays, I'm left with about 132 hours which would be around 3 weeks and some change. But that increases after two years. I like that better Cuzz I never use sick days. And we have three option to sell PTO as well. I basically have 4.5 weeks total of PTO time.
