Looking for a new temporary spot for me and my fiance. Getting married this year and will be looking to buy a house a couple months after the wedding but need a spot for now.

If i can get a house for cheaper than an apartment what would be the downside? Are there any unexpected costs im not accounting for?

i think you will be good if you rent bc the landlord has to take care of the taxes and maintenance etc

just dont out holes in the wall or mess up the house so you get your sec deposit back

there are no downside if you can get a house for cheaper than an apartment.

there are no unexpected expenses since the landlord will pay for any maintenance that needs to be done. some landlord will let you sign up for a month by month contract so you dont get tied down for years.
