I did one to get some free nights at one point
I had the main guy doing the sale, a middle aged breh, and he knew the deal
But when it's time to talk numbers he brings out his manager, "the closer". Old white dude.
He comes out like, "So what are we doing today?"
I look at him like
"We getting out of here now this mandatory tour is done man"
And dude goes apoplectic
He's like what do you mean you don't wanna sign up!?!!
I was young back then and I think me just calmly meeting his eyes with the calm but firm rejection was perceived as being disrespectful and not taking him serious
So he lost his entire shyt and was hollering in the sales room. I'm checking my watch like I wanna get a bet in before tip off but we gotta wait to get the flyer to prove we did the mandatory tour so the rooms would be comped.
Eventually he yells himself out and fukks off and the breh is like.. Yea I tried to tell him y'all weren't gonna be into it... Hes like that.
I got my voucher for the comped rooms and got the fukk out of that corny spot.

I just got offered a 4 day/3 night trip to Orlando from Hilton for $150 total. Only thing I have to do is attend a 2 hour timeshare presentation on one of the days. First time doing this, but I thought it was a steal, im finna be

In the DR. I was there with my girl and we where there to just check it out,get the bottle and vouchers. After the presentation,they set us up with this dude from Aruba and it went left about five minutes into the conversation. Dude was agressive on the pitch and he got out of line,so I checked him and he raised his voice like he wanted fumes. I asked him to continue our convo outside and to his credit he was down with it until the manager stepped in and told him to go talk to someone else. We'd get two bottles and double the amount of vouchers if we left without making a scene but dude kept eyeballing me so I went up to him and told him to walk outside with me or get popped in the face on the spot but he wasn't about to loose his job and possibly get dog walked so he stood down and said he was wrong for acting unprofessional.We got the bottles and vouchers and went back to our suite.

Tried to tag team us since the person they paired us with was a baaaad Cuban mami from Miami and the closer manager was some Dusty ass Puerto Rican dude talking about it’s a 10 year 15% Apr loan we can pass to our children and how we could beat inflation by 20 years but his math was terrible. Once I started breaking down his numbers compared to what we spent typically on a vacation booked pieced together (back then everything used to be bundled together for vacation packages) he had no answers for me and reluctantly gave us the tickets and room vouchers so we could walk. Had a hell of a time at the theme parks on their dime too

It's been a while since I did one but we used to do them all the time. All you have to say is ima be real with you, I'm not gona buy. I think they have to sit with you a bit before the platinum senior manager makes his rounds and you just tell him the same thing.

u ain't lying. the time I did it, there were people folding left and right and caving and buying. and even when u tell them "no" a million times, they bring in a second person to double the pressure. just gotta fight through it til they give u your tickets. that said, I would NEVER do it again. they are the worst.
