Anyone ever sat thru a time share presentation?

Working at one of these time share resorts gotta be too 5 WOAT jobs of all time. Basically whoring yourself all day for 3 hours at a time trying to get families to upgrade their contract. Knowing damn well they don’t give a fukk about anything other then free Disney world day passes 
Agreed but back then we were poor and barely could afford the flight out there (it was a surprise to her she didn’t know what we were doing till we pulled up to the gates in Orlando since we flew in to Melbourne).
Now that I have money we just pay for everything straight out and I wouldn’t do it again unless the offer was seriously enticing for free shyt. First Lady kept asking us questions to get dirt on us I knew she would try to use on us for selling points so we were really short and close to the best which lead to an awkward as hell tour of the facilities lol. And just like you said, the closer came in and was asking us several times straight up to buy in and my wife just let me do all the talking to the point where I told your boy no means no, you can keep asking, but the answer isn’t going to change, and it wasn’t until

Did one in Massanutten for a $200 gift card and free weekend stay. Went with my gf at the time and now wife, and we sat thru that boring presentation and showing. Played nice then told buddy “we good” and he gave me a mean look and got his “closer” who told dude to chill, thanked us for our time and told us where to go to collect our ish.
He understood you not gonna win em all. And to put your effort in the folks who look like “potentials” you know majority just want the prizes just be grateful we sit calmly through your presentation my nikka

The representative we had, was sexy as fukk.
We told her from the jump what it was.
"We are not looking into buying anything. We're broke.... All our funds are tied up".
These are the lines we practiced before going lol
Me and my homegirl pretty much spent the whole time laughing and flirting with her.
They gave us free drinks throughout, i dont normally drink, and I can't drink for shyt. So I'm being silly as fukk lol
Other muthafukaz was looking at us like we were crazy. Lol
She gave us all the info cause she had to, but we were busy talking about everything else but timeshares.
the final boss manager comes thru. We told him before he got a chance to sit down, what it was.
It was funny because when she said she has to go get the boss... I said I know he's going to come over and try to get us to get down with y'all.. but flash this to him before he even comes over...
I wrote on the back of a paper a big "NO". And she holds it up and showed it to him before he sat down. Lol

She actually wanted me to take a picture of her holding the sign. So I still have that.
But to be completely honest. Me and her both was like damn... This actually sounds like a good deal.
Timeshares all over the world. And you rent out the days you're not using. They'd just have to make a certain percentage and you keep the rest.
We definitely was not letting them know, that it was interesting...but it definitely was.
I would definitely do another timeshare presentation again, depending on the perks

time shares have no perks. they are a total scam. and it's damn near impossible to get out of one or sell it. so even tho it's technically real estate, it essentially holds no value or builds you wealth.
my uncle has one in floridaI posted this in the MLM thread but this isn't exactly MLM. I have done the time share presentation two times actually.
the first time was like in 05 to get cheap disney tickets. if u know anything about disney, those tickets are damn near $100 each. for each park. so we were getting a deal where u get 3 tickets for 3 parks (we only had 3 people in my fam at the time) for like 275 bucks, which was pretty reasonable. anyways in order to get those discount tickets it cost us 2 hours, but they did give us breakfast. but that high pressure sales pitch is fukking awful
the 2nd time we were in the bahamas, and they said if we went to the time share seminar, they'd give us $300 cash. Me and the wife were all about that cash. anyways, the presentation is horrible. you can't just give them the upfront and get ur cash. first they wanna get you lunch, and then once ur full and ready to bounce, they hit u with the high pressure sales pitch. the pitch is pretty much the same each time, but you'd be suprised to see how many suckers fall for it. a time share is a waste of money, and ur taking a mortgage on something you can only use 2 weeks a year. mind you, u gotta pay property taxes and assessments (maintenence) on that joint. and if u think ur gonna sell.....shiiiittttt, good luck with that. our sales dude made a point to tell us about his family so we would feel bad when saying. after they exhaust all their rebuttals, they reluctantly gave us our money which we took to the casino. I remember it. that was like the ONLY time I have ever won at the casino. walked in with that $150, and came back with like $500 off craps.
Sat through one in Phuket, Thailand so we could get free massages. 
We had a plan from the jump to handle their full court press. Basically lied and told them that we're nearly broke and could barely afford the current vacation we were on already, so we could never afford the timeshare. They eventually gave up and let us go.

The timeshares that I knew about before that presentation seemed the way you described.
The shyt they were describing seemed total different.
From what I can remember it wasn't just one location. You owned a package (pause)for a certain price. And you could sell you package throughout the year to people.
Don't get me lying tho. I gotta look in my email and see if I have the information.
It's funny cause I see everybody saying they got some vouchers, 300 bucks, etc.
Bruh like I said we got a weeks vacation all inclusive.
And two more free vacations just for attending that bullshyt, which we drunk and bullshyting thru
