I doubt that for a branch manager. Area manager, possibly.

I worked there as car prep for about 8 months. Easy ass job. Wash the car, vacuum it out, and then chill.

Get to push new whips:takedat:
50% off on rentals/underage driver fee waived:blessed:

Nice lil check every couple weeks on top of my stipend from school :salute:

My manager was tryna get me to stay as a management trainee, had to tell him "nahhh pleighboi" lol. In hindsight , I should've kept that job, a nikka was without a real job for damn near a yr after graduation smh

Why do their employees act so fukking serious all the time. :what:

My car insurance made me use them when my car was hit by a FedEx van.

Put me on game. What should I expect to be doing? They be chilling all day? :ahh:
I was a prep for over 2 years, in 3 states. You should expect to be working all the time hours wise. Big on sales. Seemed worth it to move up. Just keep your shyt straight because it will get shady. The perks are cool and it's fun if you're a people person and motivated.

I used to clean cars there making minimum wage, but the branch manger I worked for was a cool (black) dude. I'd say he was making good money, idk about 6 figs, but he was telling me how he had no car payment cause he would just drive whatever was on the lot home at night and was able to pay off his student loans within 5 years or so. They move you around a lot but there's a lot of room for growth. Keep grinding and 6 figs is def some where along the line

Like others have stated, it would have to be a manager for a whole district.. but I think getting there would require starting from the shyt. One of my boys was a store manager and he hated his life there and didn't make much. Overworked and underpaid. He quit and is now 100% happier as a manager at Hooters lol

Naw that's legit breh it depends on the branch you work at but the first year you wont make nothing but about 20k your basically a management trainee and after a 8 months to a year you learn the company and then you can what they call Grill. They just go over the business model and how renting a car at a higher or lower price can affect your bottom line or if a car goes missing how it affects as well. When you do become a manager and get to assistant or branch manager you start making commission off of "upgrading" the rental and the insurances you sell. All of that adds up to your total profit then you take away expenses from employees and if a car is missing or if somebody doesn't pay for their rental and then you get your commission off that. The bigger your branch the more your commission check is so the more cars the more money you make. The biggest branches are the airports at 23 I was making 80k no lie but I was working 12-12 6 days a week and that got super old. I know some young dudes that became branch managers one at the airport and he was making 120k easy BUT BUT BUT BUT if cars go missing you got 3 months to get it back or if they don't pay for their rental in 3 months all of that comes out of your check. Lose to many cars and your commission check could be gone its a catch 22 that's why they are super serious because in hindsight if that rental doesn't come back technically they wont get paid. Imagine you got a big house and car note and that brand new charger go missing. All in all its a good gig but you will work your azz off and you will wear a suit and you will wash cars NO MATTER THE WEATHER

I have a good buddy who's an area manager, he makes around $100K, but works literally 60 hours a week and his job is basically his life. So if you're willing to grind, there is money, but if you want to be able to relax and have a decent work/life balance, forget about it.
