personally, a man should be able to enjoy the sanctity and serenity in being by himself. I will say I hardly feel lonely. I’m always doing something and enjoying life ( especially the small pleasures such as space and air).

If you feel lonely create, do something spontaneous, spark a convo with a elder or a beautiful young lady. Find a new passion.

Back in the day, if you play too much video games a lot and watch anime, you'd be considered a nerd . But now it's a popular thing to do amongst your peers. I don't even play or watch anime that much anymore. All I want to do is get high and listen to chopped and screwed tracks and maybe watch Netflix after.
