Anyone good at writing grant proposals

I came across an organization that will provide grant money to those individuals and organizations that use technology and innovation (such as apps, open source software, websites) to provide transparency and government oversight. I'm working on some things that I think fall into the criteria, but I absolutely suck at persuasive writing. I'm much better at technical writing. Anyway, if somebody who's experienced in grant writing is bored and curious, let me know.
