Anyone good with graphic design?

Just started a business and I'm trying to come up with ideas for a logo... name of the company has the word "Monarch" in it, so I'm trying to come up with a logo that incorporates the letter M, a silhouette of a butterfly (pause if applicable), and a crown all at the same time... kinda like these:

anyone got any ideas or know where I might be able to find something similar to those?

it's a merchant services company. Basically, the middle man between any merchant that wants to accept credit cards and Visa/Mastercard... we install any terminals or POS computer software (like the software used at restaurants to punch in orders) for the merchant so that they can start accepting credit cards
