Anyone ever received a package that wasn't signed for and requested a refund?

I had a package delivered from Amazon today but didn't sign for it, the guy just handed it to me and tapped his lil machine.

Do I have a case?

Yes, I ordered a notebook laptop from a vendor on Amazon and I emailed the vendor the day of the delivery and said that the package was stolen and got a full refund. Amazon might not give you a full refund but they will throw in discounts or free Amazon Prime. You'll get something just shoot your shot my g
