shes saying she doesnt want me to own a firearm, go to any sites she's on, and a bunch of other ridiculous shyt. but no jail

its not true and i have evidence even showing she's the one who tried to contact me through family after blocking her for a year

the lawyer thing is me putting it off due to finances and alot of stuff goin on

This is great advice. To add to that, if you can't afford a lawyer one will be appointed to you...nah just kidding. Seriously, if you can't afford a lawyer look up public defenders within that jurisdiction and give them a call. Also, the court may ask to see financial documentation, or lack thereof, indicating that you are indeed indigent and cannot afford an attorney. The less you say on the record, the better. Be punctual, presentable and show deference.
